Do I need an account?
You can download the installer without an account. Create and verify an account when you need synced desktop login and managed access.
What happens if I do not verify my email?
New unverified accounts expire after the 10-minute email code window and are automatically removed.
Which GIS workflows are included?
GeoMapper Pro includes coordinate conversion, raster reprojection and georeferencing workflows, vector conversion, import, and export.
How do Plus and Pro plans activate?
Paid plans use manual approval. Sign in, request Plus or Pro, and submit a payment-request support form. The team replies with the available payment instructions and activates access after confirmation.
What if I forgot my password?
Open the Sign In tab, choose Forgot password, and request a temporary reset code by email. New passwords require at least eight characters.
