How GeoMapper Pro handles account and support data.

Information collected

GeoMapper Pro collects the username, email address, password hash, verification status, account role, payment/access status, and profile information needed to create and manage app access.

How information is used

Account data is used for website registration, email verification, desktop login, administrator review, payment validation, support, and application access control.

Email verification

Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. New accounts that remain unverified after the code expires are automatically removed.

Anonymous website analytics

The website may store minimal anonymous events such as page visits, downloads, demo opens, and plan selections. These events do not include passwords, verification codes, reset codes, payment data, or support-message content.

Support requests and deactivation

Support form submissions are stored so the team can reply. Users can deactivate their account from the dashboard; deactivated accounts cannot sign in unless a reactivation request is reviewed.
